The Allen Foundation
is a nonprofit organization operating with a charitable mission. We have submitted our application for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt recognition to the Internal Revenue Service and are currently awaiting a determination. Upon approval, donations will be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law, retroactive to the date of incorporation.
